All looking good to me, but what's up with that mouthpiece? Seems really short and not to too stable - hope that's not the final release version

this is not legit!I don't know if this helps anyone, but you can also place a pre-order with a 99 Euro discount at lacentralvapeur. Unfortunately, the EU site of Airvape doesn't ship to all countries. I just went for it at lacentralvapeur:

Just looking at the video, I’m not certain that loading herb without the capsules will be much cleaner than v1. I’m glad that capsules are my main workflow. Overall it looks like a nice set of improvements without breaking what already worksThere's a French instagram review @MegaChip shared.

Thanks for the heads-up. So far, I've only had good experiences with lacentralevapeur. Refunds were processed quickly, and a glass that arrived broken was replaced free of charge on the same day. Let's hope for the best.

In the comments she does say, that they are not interchangeable
I wish they had just relocated the mouthpiece above the rest of the pathway, instead of a silicone plug, and made the insertion hole circular. Anyway, it looks like she has a very very very early release model, which also has bubbling/bunching of the cork layer on the back, so they probably worked this out in different iterations.

I was thinking the same thing, that the mouthpiece could go where the silicone plug is. You could probably make some aftermarket thing that would work but the tradeoff would be a bit of cooling you get from that last 90deg bend towards the regular mouthpiece.
Yeah I think so too. They had trouble with the gaskets in the V1 and improved the fit in a later iteration of the mouthpiece but I never felt it was quite perfect. I'm guessing this video shows a beta unit where they're still working things out. Here's hoping they get the shipping version right the first time.

The mouthpiece will be good fit, but not the same as V1. It is not interchangeable
this promotion ended, if he stock up and resell it for 99, it's his business. we no longer offer that.
Ok. Just to clarify: they were not selling at that price. Their offer was a “pre-sale” 99€ discount code on the full price: 269-99 = 170€.

Silly question.. been following this launch and I could swear when PRO2 was first announced and shown it had a color screen.. Now some latest vids I saw show it with black and white. Can anyone confirm screen on PRO2 is color still? Some people may be expecting that feature - kinda sets it even more apart from the PRO.

I cannot quite make it out yet but on the new avlp when you stick the brush down the the tube to the very back does the brush go under anything at the back like the avlp or is that hole fully exposed now.
Reason I ask this is on my avlp I had a piece of cotton swap get stuck in that Lil side chamber and while trying to get it out I accidentally pushed it back to the point I couldn't see it. The chamber goes back past the side hole.
I made a post about it here awhile ago. And since then I never got that out and my avlp is leaking goo out the back now.

I emailed about my hinge issue and sent pics but I was told it was normal. It definitely messes up the airflow. I had to double up a rubber band around the end of mine to seal it completely. This has also been my favorite device of all time. Even with its flaws and I'm hoping most are fixed in newer version

Don't really know. Sorry for late response.
I always kept mine in the smell proof fanny pack and never really dropped it. I figured it was just from over use as I was big on hiking back then and was always using it on the go until the smell became unbearable in my pocket.
Left it in my cargo short pocket after a hike and went into a gas station. Walked up to the clerk and he said god dayum you loud. I stopped taking it out after that and kept it at home.

New AVLP2 video. The silicone parts picking up all that particulate matter, and what appears to be wear and tear around that bowl area already, worries me very much. I wouldn't be so worried if i could get a single reply email from airvape CS...when i ask a question they reply with just more marketing emails. Why does that brand new vape look so beat up around the parts that matter? That's why people were asking about what it's made out of i'd imagine....
Gary's response of "it's just peek industry standard no magic here" reply does not and did not fill me with confidence. Think i might ask for a refund, if they'll ever reply to me.

Like you, i didn’t see any color in the YT video but it’s still featured on the Pro 2 email I received this morning. I expect we’ll see some clarification/comfirmation.
yeah that would be crappy if they did a switcheroo on all the pre-orders.. hoping they are showing beta models in these vids?

I noticed that the device display in the new video didn't match the colorful UI in the marketing email. I'm not one who'd ask for the colored display but I'm curious about what's up with it.
