I was raised decarbing...
I typically decarb at about 230 for 25 minutes wrapped airtight in foil, then move the foil to the freezer before opening to allow vapors to recondense.
The point of decarbing is to allow THC-x to be activated so that you can allow the good stuff to bind with the fat in your oil/butter. If you only count on the cooking to decarb, you're going to get far less consistent results especially considering all the variables for baked goods that affect their internal temperature.
I've lately been using my oil to make treats that don't involve cooking to eliminate the variable that is baking in the oven.
