1MT by Herbaltherm - all-glass CORDLESS Hybrid 19mm

This beast is an all-glass cordless hybrid herbal warmer injector with a 19 mm connection. Like the new 5DD (Portable all-glass torch-powered vape), the 1MT uses a new glass heater design that provides clean, pure refreshing flavours at low temps and is The HEAVY hitter on high temps. INSTANT MILK if ykwis lol.

Where can we see it?

Just a dude
@Vapouristo hasn’t been back since the initial hype post for this magical mystical all-glass cordless vape. I believe the 1MT is either complete poppycock or another repurposed lab-glass butane vape, which just ain’t my bag baby.

But if somebody makes a pristine, pure glass electronic powerhouse that’s also cordless, I’m in that queue for sure.
Not sure why a company rep would start a product thread and then disappear for a month?

His post here might explain….

Has anyone tried this out yet?

I read it's best for big loads, but I'm wondering if it can work in the 0.1-0.2 g range.

Also, I think this thread can now be moved to the regular (released) product section.

Is it just me, or is this attachment to "all-glass" a bit hypocritical? That's a metal screen!

If you're fine with stainless in the air path, why not use a stainless mass? It's literally a resistive coil wrapped around an inert insulator. Won't this require a decent temp offset?

Edit: resistive heating element

It's not an induction coil but just a resistor.
Glass does have a better heat capacity and a lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel. It can "store" more heat and will take longer to cool down. It means you can extract over a longer period of time. If you store the same amount of energy in a stainless steel system you will combust. And if you store less (to avoid combustion) then you won't get as much vapor.

It still that issue, since you're heating a metal coil anyways. You're losing less heat to airflow, but you also aren't utilizing it either. Don't get me wrong, it's probably effective, although I think you're missing out on the efficiency the coil could provide.

My thoughts exactly.

Hey everyone, just wanted to reach out as the new Company Rep for HerbalTherm. Gonna copy-paste my post from the 2ZM thread :) Some may recognize my avatar (FC has been my fave forum since 2013) but I've mainly lurked recently. I love these forums and consider them my home. When I saw Ryan was back with new devices I reached out to offer my help. I love my Milaana, Zion, and Splinter and I miss having more unique vapes like that in our community. Ryan said yes so now I'll be running the front end while he focuses on building vapes nonstop. This will work out best for everyone as Ryan will be able to pump out vapes quicker, and I'll be here to provide customer service 24/7. All communications/service/everything will be provided by me. Ryan's a master vape maker but the customer service requires different skills which I've developed managing vape/smoke shops. I love helping people and there's nothing I like talking about more than vapes/TEDS/thermal liberators--whatever you call them! If anyone needs help or has questions on Herbaltherm or RBT please reach out!

Thanks to everyone who showed up to the Instagram Live last night @Herbaltherm, it was great to chat with you all. Thanks for the warm welcome. I'll be taking over the Lives every Monday to show off the vapes and whatever else everyone wants to see. I can get a youtube/twitch going too-- whatever the community wants. I want it to be a safe space to chat about any and all vapes. I do have VAS after all lol

I'll be releasing discount codes too! Today's code is HT10 for 10% off everything

Ok intros out of the way--let me say that I'm personally excited about this 1MT! I have a bunch of ball vapes (CH, Titi, Omega) but I'm really interested to try an all-glass version. I think the hybrid heating will be a winning combination. When using my Omega I love using the heated Vulcan bowl (smooth, huge rips) which adds conduction, and I believe the 1MT should give us some of that same magic.

I'm also really excited about the Hot Holes! I have a few DIY and prebuilt hot holes that work ok but I love the idea of a sturdy block of wood to hold my ball vape or banger :) If you guys are interested in the Hot Holes being sold on their own let me know! We can drill multiple holes for multiple coils and all sorts of crazy stuff, exotic woods etc

I should have my 1MT by the end of the week so expect some pics/vids soon! Cheers

Congrats on your new job!

Are there any plans for an all-glass 1 MT? (with a glass instead of a metal screen to hold the balls and let the air go through)

Snipped a short clip of the 1MT being used with our Hot Hole!

Big, easy clouds! I've lowered my pid down to 670 and I'm still getting huge, tasty hits.

If you like vaporizing through a bong I highly recommend giving this a shot!

Thank you! No, not at the moment, but perhaps in the future! Ryan already did some prototyping with a glass screen but they get clogged so easily and performance suffers. If you like the 1MT concept I recommend giving it a shot because I find it to be one of the purest vapes I own.

You can also use whole unground nugs in the 1MT, just shove a few chunks in there and the flavor will be fantastic. After a few hits you can mix to crush the nugs and finish the bowl.

Cheers!

@Yoosh nice rip  The size of it is appealing. Do you hold it by hand suspended in the coil? And for how long?
It's got a shim made of screen that helps hold it in position in the coil; it's easy to place and remove with tweezers if you are switching between vapes. I let mine heat for 15 mins or so; I've been running it at 500F+and get great results.
