I usually put my Evap dish in a larger Pyrex dish (I'd originally bought that dish for making concentrates, but it's got rounded edges that make it almost imposingly to scrape
) and use it as a hot water bath to purge out the ISO.
When I'm doing BHO I'll run my torch over the oil during this step, but for ISO I don't find it to be necessary.
Be really careful with any amount of indoor purging, have lots of ventilation.
I find it can be hard to know when the ISO is fully purged, since the heat can make the oil quite runny, so I let my nose take the lead.
I just give it a whiff, if I smell any hint of ISO, I keep purging.
