If you are running one vapcap at a time I have serious doubts you could overheat the unit. I know I have never had a problem.

Well I am joining the Flite club. Got a gun metal with 15mm, cooler(default) coil height, CaS, and button. Is this the TommyDee config previously mentioned? I like the idea of both CaS and button for redundancy and also plan on using the button while upside down or if I want to pull the cap out...

If anyone hasn't tried the tank stem I highly recommend it. The top acts as a blast wall and really cools the vapor in a compact package.

One more question. If you get both switches is it possible to deactivate the CaS? I am thinking one use for both might be that it would be easier to use the button with the heater upside down with a bong rather than trying to line up the CaS perfectly upside down (this also may not be that...

@mr_cfromcali Are the under coil led's still fairly visible with the carbon fiber insert? Could you please elaborate on this part of the dual switch Flite description, "Both Push Button and Cap-as-Switch mechanisms: (+$15) - I don't recommend installing both, as the cap-as-switch mechanism...

That is the closest I have seen to what I was envisioning with the fanless design. Hmmm, that is tempting. I like the fact that it has a lock button with a fine/course dial for after you set your voltage as 30v would fry everything I own.
