Or titanium model 🤔 Then I can anodise then as I like, nearly.

More colours of mini tub would be cool. I usually use black de-bowler and use the tub colour to try and somehow coordinate with the strains I'm carrying.

Metal polish like barkeepers friend, mother's mag will do, and a cloth. I use a cape cod polishing cloth on mine, not as invasive as proper polish creams like the ones above, but it did more than enough to make it look nice again, it returned all steel parts to a nice shiny finish in a couple...

Thanks, yeah I'm sure now the platform is established there will be more to come from it.

Been using one for almost a year, I've got a few indicators housings and induction sleeves from different batches (I think), and they will end up marked, the resting and removing will create small marks here and there, perfectly normal, no metal will sustain it's finish given the use we put them...

What video was this, are you able to share it? Given how meticulous they are with getting it all right and the strive to have the best performing products (tempest calibration a prime example), I doubt this is it for the tempest. Gen 1 revolve was awesome, genuinely changed the way I could use...

I use a small wooden dowel for moving the glass adapter up or down. Pressing a solid stick of metal against a thin piece of glass doesn't feel like good practice to me. I support the adapter from the bottom as well. I never need to move it anyway.... I'm back using a Dynavap and armoured cap...

I think it's pretty discreet, at a beer garden or something like that, it certainly feels more discreet than my mates mighty, in my opinion. It's heated and useable in under a minute, then stashed away pretty quick when I need to, due to it's profile, it doesn't raise any eyebrows from other...

Main reason why I was asking about capsules is I travel light quite a bit, I know the tempest is really easy to load/unload etc, but if a reload won't physically fit then it doesn't fit. Recently I've been using my Dynavap more when I'm out and about, so I take a slim tube with a DV, a wand and...

@Brenyo think this was asked before, but would dosing capsules be an option at any point? Reload is nice, but there's times when I can't take it with me, so I resort back to a Dynavap and it's dosing capsules. They could maybe have a few holes in the side to help get the airflow in from the...

If you're still having issues with the ball retaining screen, when it's in you'll see one segment looks a little deformed in comparison to the rest of it. I don't have issues getting them in, but what I do anyway, I get one segment of the ball screen and with a pair of flat nose pliers I bend it...

Make sure the adapter is in the right place, follow the guides for wand temp 1 would be my advice. All of those are basically impossible to combust from, from my own findings anyway... If your chaining bowls, when reheating stop at the middle mark and see how it goes, if it's not roasted...

When I'm doing rapid half bowls, the VI on mine doesn't get a chance to cool much past the 1st mark and I'm heating it again. So long as your not directly heating the VI coil you should be fine.

Think it's more likely to be type 3, my understanding was type 1&2 titanium anodising were for specific applications. Maybe just needs a bit more time finding your place on the scale? I've been using more or less solely with a wand and I get on great with it, results perfect every time. Even...

Remember if it's too low you end up heating the bowl and not the balls. Cool that it works for you though. I've tried setting it quite low but didn't like it much. Assuming it's still pre-order as it's not immediate dispatch while devices are still being packed and shipped.

They were changed to help keep the appearance better for longer I think, my original induction sleeve looked like crap after the first use. I felt mine was holding heat a bit better after I fitted them. The airflow holes on the new sleeves are slightly smaller too.

Glad you've gotten there. Enjoy dude 😎 The SCU does make a difference, I have throat sensitivity issues so I leave it in all the time now, I don't find it hinders any flavour as such.

I'd definitely get the upgrade kit if I wanted to make a 2nd full titanium device. The main difference is the helix airflow tube on the revolve has mtl and dtl adjustment. I wouldn't bother with the little screens as they'll just clog up too quickly.

If you have a revolve stem you could get the upgrade kit. Or, they still have upgrade kits in stock in black and titanium, and still have the revolve gen 2 cooling units in black and rainbow - this is basically a tempest and the differences aren't worth worrying about. They still have the heads...

Try closing the stem, leave airflow in the head open a little bit. Maybe upping the temp will help, it's worth adjusting temp as battery level drops. Try going up in 10c increments. Run it until the time out message if head is cold. For repeat bowls, heat until the 2nd marker and see how it is...
