@SmokeyTheBeard was the package ever received? if not pm me the order # and we can investigate
Sorry everyone for not having a presence here lately, I have been mostly focused on emails and instagram when it comes to working through customer issues
Si orders should be going out near the end of this month/beginning of next. StemPod is getting a slight redesign with the StashPod cases, so those will likely be a bit longer to restock, but ideally within the next month we will ship all outstanding orders
They glow with proper use, and the glow isn't what causes the coils to degrade, it's the speed of the heat up and cool down.
Essentially trading heater longevity for speed, mitigated by the fact it's rebuildable
I'm gonna have to agree with kero, Ti and Ni wire have a much lower heat ceiling and even though they will work fine(great?) It's not the healthiest wire choice .from our experiments we can only really endorse SS and kanthal wire for convection use
With 60 it's a faster draw for sure, anything over 50ish is water pipe only for me
Yeah if you're using SS coils then just get them to patina and that should get rid of any finger oils from installation
Loose coils or coils touching the metal, otherwise there may be a problem with your deck in which we can replace
Or the pin of the box mod isn't connecting with the center pin of the deck, if you can try it on other mods for comparison you can rule that out or just look to see if the pin is...
I had to send out emails to the earliest preorders to confirm color, also the absolute first few shipments were more recent orders who already specified their color preference. I've confirmed all but 2 or 3 preorder's color preference and sent out a large batch monday, and I should get most of...
Nope, same behaviour just they won't be the same resistance as most people's so you have to take that into account when hearing other people's settings
They will be installed and they will be kanthal, they just won't be the flat twisted kanthal coils we plan to put in all future units. They should still hit just as well though
