I sent my Firefly 2 in for an upgrade to FF2+ parts and finally got around to trying it tonight. I'm very happy with the improved airflow and how it hits now. They even gave me a new lid. It's definitely worth upgrading imo.

I'm thinking about doing the $30 upgrade but I also need a new lid because the seal is loose, and those don't seem to be available for the FF2.

I think I'm with you. These guys are replaceable parts so I'd rather just know they are full without fretting over uncertain consequences when it comes to when to recharge.
