Well. Carrie at Herbalizer is awesome. My broken Herbie is already shipping back to HQ. She sent me a UPS label, I printed it, packed my Herbie in a box and dropped it off at UPS. She made it a no questions warranty issue, and I am on my way. That's how its done! Can't wait to get it back...
