My elevape coil has hundreds of hours on the original coil. With the splinter iheat you don't need replace coils. Guess I thought the stemped would be same. Just with option to change coil. Don't remember reading anything about weekly coil changes. Toss it in a envelope @49 cents.

Fixed had some old coils from elevape was able to rewind. It's working and I have a bunch of premade coils on order. You should have my contact info, if you can send me a extra set. I'm a heavy user so that might come into play why mine wore out so quick.

Look's like it's getting a lot break in. :) Did you do any adjustments on yours? Mine where a tad unleveled. I think might have bumped coils pulling it off the deck. Easy fix but but worth a check if getting any hot spots.

Might need to adjust mod TCR or turn temperature down. The temperature reading is based on the resistance of the stempods coils. As the coils heat up the resistance changes and what you mod reads as the temperature is based on that. Different coil materials have different resistances...

Thank you a lot good info most issue I see are related to mods TCR values not set correct. Causing temperature reading to be incorrect. Once the mod is set up correct that's how everything should be working.
