Not sure if it helps, but I sometimes use my Mighty with the turbine HT which has the larger base. :shrug: Sometimes with a 'muzzmod' and other times with an 18mm adapter wedged onto a glass mouthpiece with a piece of silicone tube. Either way without issue.
