I thought DNail had a DIY kit.. has it been discontinued?

Ive tried at the lowest temperature my iron has and for most strains that works great. This particular strain is very fresh, maybe I should leave some out of the jar for a day or so and let it dry out. But yea, painting it is a good way to put it.. it just kind of slides around.

Anyone got any idea why when I press with a hair straightener and clamp Im getting a clearish sappy kind of extract that I cant even easily scrape up. Freezing doesnt help as it doesnt seem to ever solidify. Im a little lost on what I might be doing wrong.

Thats interesting because those knock offs use a different thread pitch than the HE stuff. Thats why I had to buy another HE after I had JUST given mine away.

With all due respect to Dnail, youre crazy to pay that for a DIY kit. The Auber unit or Terpz unit does the job at a fraction of the cost and works with Dnails coils. Ive used their coils with both of my units and theyve been chugging right along for probably over a year. Maybe the Dnail unit...

The Auber is a great unit. Im using a Terpz right now also. They both work great. I dont think there is enough of a difference between PIDs to let that influence your choice. If it fluctuates a couple of degrees and the Dnail one doesnt, big deal. A few degrees is nothing. FWIW, my Auber and...

Does anyone have a picture of those plates? Thats a lot of money for just 2 plain stainless plates.

I really dont want to do a small amount at a time.. thats why Im looking for larger plates. Trying to do a couple of ounces a gram at a time will take forever.
