maybe it would be wise for someone in the know to discuss how to find the proper bulb for the angus. obviously with a "do it at your own risk" disclaimer haha. just on the off chance we do have to replace it ourselves someday ;)
all we can say for certain is that there are 3 types of heat in the universe and different amounts of each one will cause a slight difference in how the heat interacts with the herb. that is unarguable.
a slightly more subjective but still very observable thing is that vapes taste different...
well halogen has a ton more radiant heat, and more even heat, than a coil (which will have a hotspot somewhere on it) and i think thats what would distinguish halogen from metal options.
well here's my theory. when you have a conduction vape, the herb is theoretically the temp of the hot oven it's touching. this means that the herb is already decarbed some by the time you hit it. with convection, the herb is theoretically starting at room temp and rapidly being brought to temp...
everyone lookin out for eachother. THIS is how collective knowledge should work.
so why are y'all getting an angus? i'm getting one because i both dislike and miss the mighty. i'm hoping this will keep many of my likes while removing some of the dislikes.
imo any battery that isn't tried and true is skimping. nobody has heard of the brand so we don't really know how reliable it is, nor how accurate their performance ratings are.
so i have a question about the vape itself. how many hits do you get bet bowl? and is it possible to do a half bowl...
Hey, so does the angus give as satisfying of a session as the mighty? The mighty always gave me very fulfilling hits for the whole session and my concern is that the angus will be like the arizer where the vapor quality peaks for hits 2-3 then drops off until the bowl is done.
