Or Sneaky Pete’s purple prose describing the vortex: “Buy a Rolls-Royce, not just for the purr of the engine… buy it to feel like a movie star out on a leisure cruise. Buy a Rolex, not just for the way it looks on your wrist… buy it for the way she smiles at you when she asks if you have the...
The vertigo cyclone triple is very versatile. You can orient the two flames closer to the top of the cap (near the clickers) for a lower temp click, or more towards the digger-outer end for a higher temp. George always recommends beginners use a quad until they get the hang of the vapcap, I...
I think the secret to protecting the hot plate is the little cap pouch from lotus (or a similar size change purse, which can be found around), then into another pouch. I use this one.
Do you need a hard case? Because a leather pouch works great, holds stem and cap and torch. (Cap in a cap pouch for extra protection of the heating plate.) I don’t have the official leather pouch, just a nice one from a craft fair that’s long enough.
In the ONE, the beads are between the inhalation end, which they will not fit through, and a screen and gasket at the bottom end of the mouthpiece. No way to inhale one. On my solo stem, they’re held back by a well seated screen. I don’t inhale hard enough to move that
@Nano-Doser cooling marbles are what you need.
here is a Solo stem with about a dozen 6mm borosilicate glass marbles in it, held in with a screen at the top. Cools and smooths the vapor a lot. Also the standard mouthpiece of the ONE, with about the same number of beads, which makes it usable...
Peppermint leaf is very menthol-ly tasting. I usually just do one inhalation, to bring the mintyness through the whole vapcap, and cleanse my palate. Never done enough to notice any effects.
If you decide to use essential oil, be sure to get a high quality organic food grade oil, not a...
@phattpiggie, this design is much more intuitive (as evidenced by the regular questions here about how the Omni design works). A user can just see the airport changing size, and that makes the function obvious.
Ordered this sweet little titanium pipe, hoping it would mate well with my Lotus WPA. (It does not). But it works a charm with a stubby nonavong I made from a blackwood vong body. The standard condenser is partially inserted into the tip.
It’s a dangle supply “wizard stix”.
@seki, wow, very cool about your numbered caps. All mine predate numbering, and they changed color on first heating. Would be nice if this is just a feature of all new caps
(Muttering) I don’t need another vapcap, I don’t need another vapcap
I do like that the colored caps seem to not discolor. Sneaky Pete ran his through 25 heating cycles (he says in his video), and they look the same as new
@jamhead, the Planet of the Vapes ONE might work for you. It’s small but powerful (it’s like a fury 2 but has better glass tool adapter), and is currently on sale for $109, with 15% discount code for FC users (ONEFC15) below $100.
I have and don’t love the daVinci Miqro—it needs a packed full...
