Put the O ring on before you screw the hopper tip back on. Should puff out the ring as you tighten it down so it will make contact w the glass.... Then you'd have to worry about the o ring heating up I suppose....

Just wondering where you are located? I just ordered from them also, and I'm wondering how long shipping will take from London to Chicago. I believe their email said 5-10, but up to 20 days for US customers... I figure a little firsthand experience might get me a more accurate window?

They did say that, but I'm reffering to future restocks. I'm just assuming that they are indeed getting more stock from Hopper Labs, despite what anyone says....
