I found a pinhole in the weld of the upper connection of the U shaped tube on the Kathy recycler, it leaks a tiny bit of air, but doesn't seem to leak water or effect performance in use, but I do hear it chirping away when I hit it. Hopefully it will not get worse, I love this little recycler...

OK, I adjusted my water level, added quite a bit.

got the 187 in :D over all pretty pleased. Don't see any cracks, mp is pretty straight, the perc is mostly straight on this one, seems to fire evenly. The mouthpiece weld looks much nicer than the one in the stock picture. The base is a nice thickness/weight/width. Oh and I got no logo...

187 has also made it to my local PO so today should be the day! :D

Made a couple of upgrades to my recycler :D I used silicone to attach a low-pro reducer to make a 14mm female glass connection on top of the male, and also extended the mouthpiece by about 4 inches with a glass stem and a couple of silicone pieces. Makes this a much more comfortable piece to use...

got my (Kathy) recycler today, it is the one in the picture that I originally ordered, got here pretty quick too, even beat the 187 I ordered a few days earlier. :D it works quite well for the size and even fits the Lotus with a bit of silicone tubing as the adapter... The "extra" pipe they sent...

Wow, looks like that Kathy order is gonna make it here today, beating the 187 by a day or so, it's close... so close....

I'm pretty happy with that frit ashcatcher for sure... even if it has a tiny crack in the side... it works really well with the OGB J hook stem I have. I like to let it ride sidecar style so I can see it... no problem at all with the frit coming loose on this one for me so far.

I like high temp vapor myself, so I found the blue setting on a bubbler to work quite well, but it does get me really baked. I do feel mine is evenly extracting the material, not scorching at all, and is easy to use/load/clean etc... I like green setting to start off so it stretches the session...
