I read that the preferred blend is 1/2 pgp400 and 1/2 vegetable glycerin. One helps keep it mixed and one helps something else. Anyway, I read a couple places that 50/50 is the preferred mix and then add your rosin and/or flavoring. Have you tried half of each mixed together?
