I got mine from their scratch and dent sale. Unit was perfect but the ice tray was mangled a little. Zero impact on performance.

How does this unit work with other nails? Are there any tunings for them or plans to incorporate them? Im especially interested in the Flowerpot. Not a banger kind of guy but I wouldnt mind having one to play with.

Ive literally cut stuff and run it. The dry ice keeps the moisture and everything suspended. Live resin experiment. LOL

Good technique. Maybe I'll combine the two next tine. The dry ice let's you do a reallllllllllly long wash. I've done an hour with zero green in the stained alcohol. What comes out is very clean.

Yea.. the pump doesnt run a lot in non turbo mode. It runs constantly almost in turbo mode. I dont have a sound meter to measure the sound so sorry about that. Its loud but its not "neighbors can hear it running" loud.

That would probably make a mess around that tip. I had thought at one time about making a tip where the vapor enters the drop down but I never really found anyone interested in making it. I did talk to OGB about making me something else and he didnt seem real enthused and offered a ghetto...

You're not going to get very good performance out of that but if that's the style you're after it should look pretty good. You can at least probably slightly heat the tube some to get the reclaim to roll back into there.

Look around for the one I had made several years ago in the Joda Glassworks thread. It was a different design than anything Ive seen before or since and I dont know that he ever made another one. I can sketch it out again if need be because his wasnt EXACTLY what I wanted but it was close.

You have to really keep an eye on it towards the end in turbo mode or you'll end up with burnt concentrate. But yea, other than that, it's the way to go. Define loud.. I mean, its loud but its not super loud. I dont know what to equate it to but its considerably quieter than my standalone...

I'm not blaming anything on them. We buy it, they sell more so they do more R&D. Do you think if it wasn't selling they would keep coming out with new stuff? Good on them. They've been good to me and I'm not complaining. Just said it would be nice. FC sells a lot of stuff for them.

Ive had mine a little over a year. I also have a closed loop butane extractor. I rarely used the closed loop butane system. My go to is The Source.

I run hot Everclear through all my glass and then run it through the Extractcraft Source. Works great for reclaiming reclaim. LOL. I have several grams of reclaim just laying around. We cook with it. It packs a punch.

And eventually having to pop it off that post over and over stretches the nut out to the point you have to buy a new nut. I literally just had to order a new one a couple of weeks ago. I had massive air leaks and its was causing uneven extraction. The Ti post and a new nut tho and Im good to go.

Ive found the piece youre using impacts performance a lot. Freer flowing pieces do like that range. I have other pieces with more restrictive percs that want to be about 150 degrees cooler. Just food for thought....

Upgrade to the Ti post. You'll thank me later. They shouldnt even sell the stainless post but hey, it does mess up with nut so they can sell more nuts so I guess there is that.

I recommend getting the Ti post with the FP. It doesn't expand and stick like the stainless one does. Just an FYI.
