This is my experience also. To be most effective, it requires a fair bit of flowers - which makes it great for multiple people. Agreed, I was surprised how much the Nano cut down my already low consumption.

I always turn my Nano down at the end of the night. Usually 3 or 4. That, or I unplug it.

Wow, I'll be sure to be more careful with my Nano from now on. It's got about four little dings on it, but they've smoothed out over time. I agree with you anyway that the imperfections give it character.

I knew it was thick, you can sort of tell just by looking at it. I guess they come in both 14 and 18mm? Maybe 18mm is the best bet; can always use a low-pro reducer for 14mm slides/ACs
