They charge a fee to upgrade to the Mighty. That's if they offer it to you in the first place though.

I love my Mighty and would cease using cannabis if I couldn't use it anymore. I came to this realisation months ago, that's how dramatic a change it has made in my life. I'd happily pay $500 every two years for a new unit. They are worth it.

Under Australian consumer law for the full length of the two year warranty if the product is not of merchantable quality. My advice is to find a good retailer who will handle all of your warranty replacements for you and also pay your postage on both ends.
