@Hopper Labs Anyone having problems logging into their account on the Hopper Labs website? Tried to log in today to check the status of my RMA, and is showing a "technical error" when I enter my password.

Got my invoice yesterday! Sent a message to Marc @firewood if he can preset my temps for me. Hopefully he can help me out here, as I am a little nervous in the process of setting the temp levels. Maybe it will make sense when I have the vape. Can't wait to try it out!

I use a single flame torch lighter, and I apply my flame in a 90 degree angle with the tip of the flame just touching the extended part of the intake tube. This technique has worked for me and it has produced huge clouds. Good luck.
