The easiest solution for those experiencing the issue that already have the adapter, myself included as I mentioned some posts back, is to swap out the included 8mm x 1mm O-ring with a 7mm x 1mm O-ring.

I find the first hit to be smooth and cool with heat building and noticeable on subsequent hits but that was expected. Completely doable and doesn't irritate my throat or lungs. I still prefer, at home at least, to use the Tornado dry with my Orb Mini from @VGOODIEZ with a whip.

My @ScruffyWoofers adapter arrived yesterday. I pretty much consider it an essential for the Tornado. Have tried it with one of my Dovetail stems and it's currently attached to my Tempest stem. Fit and finish of the adapter is excellent.

I'm using my silicone dab jar lid that came with my TA 3/4 for unscrewing and removing the hot bowl and have it inserted in bottom Wand. I just insert the Tornado top side Wand for hands free heating. No error codes unlike inserting Tornado from bottom side.

I have that on my battery connector area also, but not as much as yours. Ran a paperclip across it and it's smooth. My guess is its some type of manufacturing residue rather than corrosion.

Got mine yesterday from local vape shop. It can't compete with my Peak Pro and 3DXL but it still packs a punch. I tend to do small dabs and the Pivot is a perfect fit. The video posted by @florduh pretty much sums it up.

The Tornado actually fits in all three of the ports so you're good to go.

Got my custom @ScruffyWoofers copper triple cooling stand today for my Tornado, TA4 and Dani Fusion 2.0. Amazing and worth every penny. The Cannabis Hardware pipe is a bit over priced but it works really well with the Tornado.
