I think the Airvape Legacy Pro 2 is the best battery portable available <$250 which meets your criteria. I have the original AVLP with the AVLP2 on order and it's a great portable. The Tinymight2, Frolic are amazing portables for sure but only if you want to spend the $$$.

Agreed! I like using it inverted so gravity is your friend. Keeps the unit super clean and no risk of bud falling in. I like using mine with the WPA and a j-hook. If you want to use it upright, you can place a small screen on top of the bowl but I usually just give a little tamp and things...

I haven't yet tried extracts with the TB2 (don't have the Convex) simply because as you said, it extracts so well to begin with so I've been very pleased with just ground flower. I have some rosin and soft dry sift hash on hand that I would like to try with it by placing some of these...

Ok I see. This makes sense. With such small devices and the heater usually very physically close to the bowl, I didn't expect inefficient heat transfer from coil to bowl to make such a difference given the airpath is so short.

I don't own one but the fact that the E-nano XL plugs right into the wall (and it's not DC 12V) makes it a special log to begin with. It's hard to overpower 120V AC power. I wouldn't be surprised if it behaves like a ball vape.

Yeah those glass stems are tricky. Maybe you could try a small regular metal screen on top to prevent the glass holes from clogging.
