They have a pretty good wait time before the product is received. I give them about a week or so to prepare your order. They normally create a shipping label a couple days after your order but don't expect it to be prepared for shipment yet. Give it 5-9 days. I do wish they would be more common...

I don't know. What ever this gunk is that is on my battery, its not as stain oriented as grease, it doesn't come off on my finger like grease. I couldn't really think of what it actually should be called, I will report if the gunk returns on my batteries. Also edited the post above to say gunk.

Yeah, so the session extender is a requirement. The metal itself is too hot to touch your lips after a few higher level heatups. I think you are good for about 6 hits on 5 before you'll want the extender, you can keep going without it but its hard to keep your lips pressed on bowl temp metal.
