Huh, this article only seems to be meaningful when applied to the topic of medical disinfection. Vape equipment is normally cleaned via full immersion or repeated application with a cleaning tool (eg QTip), evaporation time is irrelevant and explosive potential is mostly irrelevant.
I don't...

Adding some of the Vivant user names so they get a notification about this post...
You may want to add a comment under the thread for the specific Vivant vape you own, if there is one. Here is the Ambit thread: VIVANT AMBIT-Portable Dry Herb Convection...
Ghost and S&B are really the only vaporizer companies to recognize that cooling is a concern and built it in directly. It's all about thermal coupling and heat storage. Long straight glass tubes with laminar (aka smooth) air flow have both poor thermal coupling and not enough mass to store...
I’m really fucking tired of hanging around the house waiting for the fucking world to end... or not. Whoever thought the apocalypse would be this boring.
I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or not :)
I was tempted to tease the other poster about learning the engineering skill of breaking a problem down into component parts. In this case, literally.
GhostVapes is dead and gone, bills unpaid, employees laid off, financial obligations not met, etc. Either their web site service provider bill was paid in advance or they haven't reached the final deadline for shut off yet. The website is still running because it would take an explicit action...
I wonder if this is a misunderstanding of some kind. Puffitup is a great provider but how can they realistically provide this warranty? Hold on to stock for 2 years to provide replacements? That seems... impractical. Fully refund your money on a vape that is known to have reliability issues...
You should use whatever makes you happy :). I use my MV1 by preference about 10 to 1 over a Splinter Z (and v2) and use that by preference 10 to 1 over a VapCap. I don't have a big collection to choose from however.
There are times when the crucible is dissatisfying but I found it is almost...
I didn't see this until today. Generally the best way to get out a stuck heat sink is to push it up from below using something non scratching like a soft plastic pen or a chop stick. Try that if it happens again.
Absolutely, with this vape if you pack more you tend to get less. Better to go with a second crucible if the first one doesn't get you where you want to be.
Ghost is known for great customer service and I really want them to survive and be successful. I really like using my MV1 and would love to see an MV2 with the needed improvements. The heater and heat sink design is really clever, best for a portable on the market in my opinion, the execution...
This is mostly how I use mine. I find for low power levels like 30 W I like to go for 15 -20 seconds ( I have big lungs). Not exactly feathering, just another press to reset the cut off timer. I use the Tubo firmware and don't activate cruise (seems unsafe to me). Bump up just a watt or two...
There's a reason quality flashlights don't have built in or custom batteries. Batteries are a consumable, if you are lucky you get about 600 recharges on a LiPo and then it's toast (or at least weak). This is true for a Solo or any other vape. Better to get a vape with replaceable standard...
@Dicoded, I think the best way to judge is by what device people use day to day. The Ghost is my main and preferred vape by a wide margin. I make comments about it that might not seem entirely positive only because this vape is close to being perfect and I can see that it wouldn't be too hard...
Are you referring to the coil that must be in that tiny chip? I didn't follow the spring comparison. Sorry, I'm going from a background in theory to practical application and investigating everything people tell me. I would prefer not to mess with high density either :)
That is a very...
Well, you know I'm dying to tell someone...
The output of the battery is the expected 8.4 V from full charge cells in series (although I did the testing on mine after one crucible and got more like 8.2 V). The Ghost heater draws a little over 5 amps at that voltage while preheating then drops...
