Yep, you need to email them. Send them something now so that they see it when they're in the office Monday. If it's under warranty you'll just have to pay to ship it to them, they'll fix it up and ship it back to you. I've had them service my Ultra, turnaround was reasonable and I wasn't charged...

I vape everyday due to chronic pain. Kinda sucks because I don't really get high/stoned anymore but I still get the benefits of it. Lately I've been able to push my painkiller refills back 2-3 weeks at a time.

When I got my Solo, I put my Launch Box away in the tin. I haven't touched it since. The LB still kills it on stealth, but I find that the experience I have with using my Solo is better in some ways. Flavor is fantastic throughout, and you don't have to hold anything to hit it, you just hit it...

I've had the pill thing happen a few times. Ended up double dosing because I knew it wouldn't kill me and better safe than in withdrawal (antidep for chronic pain). With the pain meds I can wait 45 minutes and see if my pain is or isn't going away. This is easier to substitute with some hoots...

The only reason I'm not surprised it's so quiet in here or that you guys are messing around with incremental temp changes is because I got to try it, too. With a bunch of you guys, no less ;) my mind was blown and the bar was set months ago for me :nod:

Depends... Are you hitting it dry? Dry dabs make me cough more than water-conditioned dabs. Plus THC is a known bronchodilator, and concentrates have much much higher concentrations of it.

It's not so much that... There are terpenes in varying quantities in cannabis. Grinding gives more surface area and also subjects more plant matter/oils/terpenes to heat at the same time. Just a little nugget in the bowl will vape differently, some parts not being subjected to the same heat as...
