One would need to test the SV3 Mod against the SV4 and to my knowledge this has not been done, so that is a bit of a far stretch at the moment. Even with the TC mod the coil is still just as hot in order to read the temp at the normal SV3 TC position. Same heat exchanger, same coil should...
