I ride more than I run, and I find a few good pulls make the journey more delightful. One does have to be careful though.

Took a break on a 30 mile bike ride to take two pulls on my LB. One long pull and I put it away for a nicely elevated 15 mile ride back home. That one pull was all I needed.
