BrianTL - I leave the flavor chamber in - as recommended. After a while it does get gooey. I clean it with ISO when I perform my routine cleaning. No issues.

You will most likely receive your TM before you receive any response from TM. My replacement TM was shipped a week ago - I'm not concerned yet. The last 2 TMs , once shipped, arrived within a few days.

I've never used any spacers. My tolerance is a little on the high side. I load the IQ2 up and get quite a few solid hits from it. Took me a while to learn the correct packing technique. This is one of my favorite vaporizers.

I have both and enjoy both. I can't imagine being dissatisfied with either. My wife favors the IQ2 (and the (TM).
