Today I sent my 4th and final email to TM. If I haven't received a response soon after the holidays I will contact PayPay and my credit card company to determine if I can submit a chargeback request. At the end of the day I would like to have mine repaired or replaced. I am extremely disgusted...

Several posters have recommended that I contact TM via Instagram. So, I opened an Instagram account. I have no idea as to how to send a message to TM. Can someone please direct me. I would love to get this unit repaired or exchanged.

Please let me know if you receive a response from TM regarding your return for repairs. I have sent 2 requests - one on 11/30/20 and the other on 12/11/20. No response. My TM has become a paperweight - and not a very good one. When they work they are great.

I did that once and was arrested for indecent exposure. Fortunately, I was let off due to insufficient evidence. :)

My second IQ2 was shipped on November 29th. Tracking indicated delivery date of Dec 4th. Still haven't received it. Tracking, since Dec 4th, states the item is on it's way to the next location. A visit to the post office was useless. They insist that the package will eventually be delivered...

Seem to me that if the desired results are not achieved by adjusting the firmware, there surely must be a way to restore to original specs (settings).

Back to the Top Secret calibration instructions. With respect to step number 6 - there have been 2 conflicting posts. One states to turn the temperature dial to max and the other states to turn it to number 4. Could someone provide some clarity?

I wish someone would teach me how to flip someone off via the computer.:) I sent emails via the TM website through my account. I just viewed "My Return Requests". I emailed TM on 11/12/20 and 11/30/20. The responses say "Awaiting Products". Does this mean I should expect a return label soon...
