What Polly is asking for is: A non-anecdotal confirmation that the lead in Leaded Brass is safe as some have claimed.
That would mean a real person's name and credentials (degrees, and related real world experience) and the date (science is not a stationary event) when they make any claims...
Give us a shout. They were all run in the same week. New pass guage and it won't happen again. But, the cleaning bottle is an important part of the kit, tubes need to fit, so we make it right.
Anything, man, anything is a step in the right direction.
An if you are compliant, well...
And if you are not, well... it's a state's rights thing and I'm all for that. :2c:
Write me and we will fix you up. Just a mm or two and it's a no go on the bottle. Like I say a few sneaked through. That's why I made the pass guage. Won't be happening any more.
Fretless. Maple neck but otherwise all synthetics (body and fretboard). Bartolini PU and onboard pre-amp. Gallien-Krueger amp.
My six string is a Chinese strat clone in student scale. (fretwork by me first day it was home).
Don't play either anymore. Haven't touched them in several years.
Always looking to improve quality control...
We had a couple of tubes leave here that were too long to fit the cleaning bottle. :uhoh:
This new device (and a stop mark filed into the fence of the chop saw) should stop that from happening again.
Kiln dried cherry has a bit of odor for a...
Welcome to Fuck Combustion.
There is a thread dealing with availability and such over in the Vapor Lounge.
Short answer, no. ;)
And I think a lot (some?) of the early stuff was played on a 5 Watt Champ.
Trying very hard to shorten the wait time. Taking 'steps' to speed production without taking the 'building' out of our hands. Laser etched logo is an example. I must have a 'hands on' approach though, or it isn't a PD. That means limited production.
And looking back at the last 8-10 weeks...
Welcome to the family, Indigal.
Just back from a run-away Thursday and Friday. Going for car service, and the usual run around. :2c: But the drive was nice. And a great Chinese lunch (delivered to our Motel 6 room, haha, not high cuisine, but god eats).
Some nice fall colors. :)
A little...
That was my first thought, 'what's he jammin' now?'. I too, never get tired of the tunes.
Vertically challenged? Not 'gravity inclined' ??? is a great expression,
Here is a scary video of something. Click the video link. :o

Think of this. It's 9 seconds away.
You can't worry about everything.
Alfred E. Neuman,"What? Me Worry?"
Yes, L, exactly what I had in mind. Mother Nature with Capitals. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon, or heat lightning on a desert night, standing at the edge of Niagra Falls, or in the middle of a calm ocean or high up on a mountain, by yourself... You never seem so important then.
Yep, 'Mother Nature', 'bless her', :buzz: that's where all the real beauty and 'art' is.
And diversity... but it seems there is 'selection' too. We make choices, we are 'mother nature' in this modern world (it seems sometimes, till you come to your senses). :2c:
Thos are some nice pics folks.
Leaozdad got one of the ones out of a figured slab. Not so shabby.
I suppose the answer is... What kind of 'varish' does the bowl have? And if the finish is a penetrating one (wood is pourous), a surface sanding won't really get rid of it. Maybe just best to use...
You can use the :buzz: Buzz-Butter but wipe it out real good, don't leave any residue after you buff it out.. It's interesting how coarse the herb is, it will polish the inside of the bowl likefine steel wool, with time.
Well it's a new page and let's start it with something good.
The new...
The pictures never mention you Rick. It's a comparison of an old design and a new design.
I have had these shots for a long, long while, as you can imagine, but kept them to myself.
Sneezy, I tried to take the high road, and have always thought a product should stand on it's own...
