The only thing I can think of is that if the DV is standing in the Wand opening I might be concerned with burning the surface it was standing on. Most uses I have seen without an insert involves holding the DV in the wand opening in the air.

a This is the reason I got it. The insert also comes with spacers that let you adjust the depth of insertion. I drop in the vapcap, double click the wand button and wait for the cap click. Hands free.

I agree. 2” gets me to about the second ring. I’ve been getting better results with between the first and second rings, closer to the first.

Thanks for the clarification. They really need to fix their website, or hire someone who can take al photograph. I have to say I’m also a tad iffy on their offering higher discounts in store than online. It just seems to undercut the “Buy American” schtick a bit.
