Good to know, thanks!
Can I ask if the hops you have smell pleasant?
And if not, does the rosin smell any better?
I ask as my hops were very unpleasant straight out of the vacuum pack, but the vapour tasted better.
Left a nasty smell on my 'test vape' though (crappy Aida which I don't mind...
How about a rosin squish?
Ive often considered (once I get a setup in place!) squishing all sorts of sun-dried, or other mostly dehydrated fruit or vegetable matter just to see what comes out!
I doubt it'd be safe to vape undiluted, but maybe the results could be used in very small amounts to...
Maybe health food stores for gel caps?
Easier to just get them off the bay or other Internet sources though i'd imagine, just search for limonene, then look dor D-limonene in your results.
It's sold in 98% concentrations as a cleaning agent.
God knows what the remaining 2% is though, and God...
Nice find @Nube Scrutator, those ceramic donuts look they'd work in an RDA too?
Any chance you'd point us in the right direction to buy these (or similar but bigger ones?)
Many thanks
I personally like the idea of the app control, but simply wouldn't want to download /use it because of the privacy concerns.
(however you feel, OK, but this is how I feel)
I think that a fair number of potential customers might be put off by this, but that number might be balanced by those...
Unrealistic expectations caused by unrealistic release plans or disingenuous progress reports are all issues that are well worth avoiding, and I'd definitely rather enjoy the kind of approach that RBT is employing in this thread than the cycle of hope and disappointment that I'm 'enjoying' with...
Zion availability (and especially for me international availability) can't come soon enough!
In the meantime footage of others enjoying their clouds is helping me understand what's coming, so thanks for posting them! :peace:
Can anyone say if the DHgate Ti/Quartz hybrid is designed to work with a flat heater or flat coil?
And if it is, which ones will fit?
Many thanks to anyone who can answer
I applaud this move, but I'd go further and publicly advise people of the risks of leaving equipment of this nature on 24/7
Besides, think of our poor environment :|
If you're squishing every day, why not just do 2 or 3 times more and avoid the need for daily pressing?
I'm not trying to tell...
Well done dude!
I can see your efforts with this eventually going so far over my head that I'll barely be able to make out the undercarriage!
Touchscreen, wow.
Sounds like the other hardware is tiny too.
Good luck man
50W bulbs seem to be used by production vapes, so I'd guess that they're a good choice.
Since I'll have 32V DC to play with from the battery I hope to use, I think I'll be able to go as high as 250W if I want to!
My own thoughts are to use the bulb mainly to heat the air...
Ha!
That's awesome Darkhood
Great minds, and all that
I'm even more keen to hear your results now!
Are you going to use the power supply from your soldering iron?
Looks like great vapor!
Looking forward to your further developments.
I've wanted to build a log type device for a while, and your experiences should help if I go ahead, so thanks for posting
I have a 32Volt battery which I'd like to hook up to a halogen bulb, but mught go...
Nice one dude.
More details would be good.
What kind of soldering iron heater?
What wattage?
What's in the air path?
If you're able to do a function vid, that would really show what your vape is capable of.
I like that your log vape isn't round, makes a change :), more of a 'post vape'!
This was a Kickstarter for a 24V power supply.
Think it finished ages ago, I couldn't find a website that still functions (or I'd have bought one! as I love it too)
Nice dude.
Cordless is a huge step in the right direction in my book, a battery that can attach to the base of a bubbler would be...
