I don't know that I would recommend reading all 1230 pages... the first 100 or so are basically irrelevant regarding the unit (but not how to use it), now we had another small update to it this year or late last... 20-30 pages should cover the essentials. Bummer, sounds like it's the unit. Is there a way to disable the vibrating on the application if you're using it? Have you tried a different outlet for charging?

Normal use... turn it on, idle light will blink twice, and then a pause, then the 7 light will blink on and then off, after about 1.5 second pause with no lights it will display a row of lights meant to indicate the remaining battery level. Then that goes away and the idle light stays steady...

Depends on the situation, if I'm at the desk using the water path I take the Solo off, otherwise I just take a few cooldown draws and leave the stem in. I got a new straight stem again. Hopefully this one lasts longer! This is like my 4th stem I think :lol: I'm comin' for ya, @ataxian!! This...

Don't forget, medium grind lightly packed to under the rim of the stem, and it's normal if the bent stem swivels!
