In the renders in the marketing email (and on the US site) the screen next to the oven looks about 50-100% larger in the 2 than the 1. If I had to guess it looks like the full airpath from the cleaning port to the mouthpiece is roughly the diameter of the glass tube next to the battery.
Edit...
Do you have the broken piece of wood? If you do (and feel handy), you can glue it back with some CA glue. Wasn’t too difficult, but definitely didn’t need nearly as much as I used.
You could also contact Marc and see if he’s willing to repair. He offered to fix mine for free (I just pay...
I believe M7 is dynavap’s standard size of ~0.05/0.1g and the M+ is a little bigger at around ~0.06/0.11g. Marketing materials say the M+ is about 12% deeper than the usual DV tip.
Or did you mean actual internal dimensions rather than the marketed herb capacity?
Should be, mustard won’t make bicarb any more basic and shouldn’t be acidic enough to react (you’d notice bubbling when prepping the paste if it was). Main reason either material is used is for an inexpensive fine grain abrasive, and my guess is mustard is the finer grained powder of the 2.
My vong and omni tips I purchased in 2024 both arrived pretty matte on the outside like yours, but the bowl and cuts above the bowl were polished and shiny like I’d expect. Looks like poor QC or your tip is part of a bad batch or got missed in a final polish pass
Think I’d probably still stick with my recommendations, all of those are great starting points! I personally lean more towards the Solo3 here since I really like on demand vapes, and I believe the Solo3 is the only one with that feature.
Would also add the Planet of the Vapes/XMax v3 Pro...
Hard to go wrong with dynavaps! My only complaints are that they take 2 hands to use, and the flavour is a bit mid.
For $150, probably your best bets would be something like the Healthy Rips Rogue2 or Fury3 or the Planet of the Vapes Lobo or One. All 4 are very similar hybrid session devices...
Ti tips improve flavour a bit for me, but mostly because they run cooler and are better for multiple small cycles. You might want to try moving the wand insert up a little as well to cool down the max temp too, or try drawing while still heating so the herb doesn’t get too scorched too quickly...
There’s already one that’s pretty active:

Edit: also this one, but refers to the most recent batch of tariffs by the mango’s preferred name for them:

Oh gross, it’s made by nestle, that makes sense. When I was in university I would love these trash cereals as a cheap dessert, was hard to beat the price per serving as long as I didn’t think about what was in it
How many did you see before? I only see one from glorg, and I definitely haven’t had any weed yet today. I assume the others asked to delete their account or removed their react?
Yup, I believe Yllvape confirmed it was fibreglass shortly after the news broke. Sounds like the earliest versions had a roll of uncovered fibreglass around the centre tube, newer versions added a layer of tape over the fibreglass, but all known versions prior to this recall had some form of...
Just dug back through the thread and found the text of the oven size change email (not sure how to link to the post, but email text is quoted in the original post I’m quoting below):
They actually were mentioned earlier. I believe the initial FWX had the tapered oven chamber (3/8”?) and the current iteration has the straight chamber. Sounds like @WhyWhyWhy? asked for both chamber types to test out their capsule plan?
