Call them. It’s ridiculous but it’s really the only way to get someone to actually deal with you. I personally don’t think their stuff is so great that it’s worth the hassle of their hit or miss customer service, but since you’ve already ordered, keep calling till you get a person on the phone.
I'm keeping my account for now, there's a number of subreddits I follow for both weed and non-weed topics. I dunno, there are things FC is better for and things Reddit is better for. I see it in AND terms, not OR. It's not a zero-sum game.
Dan is the rare example of a maker who is as good at customer service as he is at his craft. He is straightforward, communicative, and transparent. IMO that helps greatly with the long lead times. I’m in batch 2 for the Nomad and in the third batch of Toads.
