Anyone else dealing with overly sticky capsules and a sticky CU? I've found it's pointless to clean your cu and then put "sticky top" capsules in! Gotta clean both

The FF2 would be a better option if you could actually get a hit out of it! Prepare for 20 second draws, and hyperventilating, until you learn the art of sneaking air in through your nose while drawing through a small slit. You need strong lungs. And patience....It's great for concentrates, but...

Glad to hear another positive experience; careful not to lift it out as you open/close.... They do not fit, but doom tubes are great for carrying, and loading directly into the bowl. When you use a screen in the capsule, what size are you using? My caps wouldn't close....

I agree, filling a large bunch of caps is tedious; I only fill 4 or 8 at a time, max. The easiest method I have found is to use a 3 or 4 stage grinder, and simple dip the capsule in the middle section to fill. Any spillage stays in grinder. Each grind fills about 4 caps! For filling the bowl...

Those o-rings always fall off; miraculously I haven't lost any yet, just be aware. I still prefer it over the round orange caddy; and I can even dump out/pop a new capsule in while driving. Try that with an IQ, lol

This is my view for sure. My Mighty will be a great tester for what happens if you give the battery no regard or care at all; I use it everyday, up and down, left and right, plugged in or not, for hours on long trips, I totally abuse it. I'm about 8 months in, zero issues...

Same issue with the Ascent glass spacers. Waiting for little Zirconia pre load capsules that slide out of the bowl as easily as the flavor chamber slips out. Then you won't need glass/poker/brush for every dump reload, you'll just pop in a new capsule. How much could they charge for that? Well...

So I've sent an email both to warranty claim, and also to regular customer service two weeks ago, and have gotten no response. Any advice on how to get their attention? Is there a number I could call? Thanks
