@mitchgo61 Good point, and with over 2000 posts, you are indeed a blessing to this forum. And just to be clear, the best hit ever in my 10 years vaping, was from the FF2. I've been chasing that hit ever since...
@turk, no apology necessary : )
@mitchgo61 you're off on your own point, who cares if there are complaints logged with the company or not? The point is many people do find difficulty, and for you to say "but most of us FF users have no issue getting great vapor consistently" that doesn't...
I didn't say that! My friend said it's like playing an oboe, and for those of you who don't know, playing an oboe is HARD. (Pushing air through a tiny hole at the right speed) So she was saying, "this is work!"
Please be careful speaking for the majority! I'm still on the fence with this...
Yeah, I know! :))
She meant that it got her light headed, until she started sneaking breaths through her nose to remain conscious :0
I really think the FF2 could benefit from a (slightly) more open air path
I'm in too. Have to at least try it! My experience has been that after the stir, there seems to be better airflow than when you first load it. So I'm hoping this might help
PS My friend compared drawing on the FF to playing the oboe.
Hold on a sec; are you saying it's possible to remove the "permanent" metal screen? And replace it with a SS mesh screen? (I saw your pic of the unit open, I had no idea it could be modified...)
Yes, exactly!
No idea how it work though. Some of those fine holes at the bottom of the bowl would be covered by the dosing cap; so airflow might be affected. Also introducing a bit of metal to the ceramic/glass air path. But worth a shot! Now- thanks to you, I tried just using the cover of the...
Do you have info on a Volcano update? Please share! I don't think there is going to be one, as they nailed it the first time. They did come out with the reduced chamber on the easy valve. It's the portable market where they really need to compete. And those (Boundless?) knockoffs for half the...
Absolutely, removable batteries are the future, ala Firefly & DaVinci IQ. And there's a good chance the new portable from S&B will have just that! I predict a new release before end of year...
I couldn't find the large RYOT either. (Had the small one for the Crafty) So I got this, recommended by Reggie Watts https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0050SVPCO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Also this...
