it turns one gong into two gongs, so you can leave your solo on one gong and a stopper on the other and have a lazy carb without needing to lift the solo or get a carbed stem. also gets the solo out of the way a bit, it could provide clearance to use on a piece or away from the face.

Ya boy Randy sent me an Air GonG in the mail, I don't think I got the 2 day shipping but early today it was supposed to get here tomorrow, and it got here today instead :D Thanks!! Also I got stoned and thought the Vaporize card was a sticker :lol:

I just got my @PuffItUp Solo/Air Gong in the mail. Only downside is that the rim of the stem is flat so I have to tilt it to get it to open up the airflow. The stock Solo stem I have isn't perfectly flat on the rim... and the GonG is loose which I expected. Length is perfect though.

Depends, I guess like most things. I used the stems stock for a long time, then turned a stem into a turbo and really like them now. My most-used stem is a stock straight turbo. The only real restriction with it is how tight you pack your material... some people don't like them, too much...

regular stems have the glass screen with the 4 holes, turbo stems are open-bore with a ledge to place screens on.

I had some edibles earlier and now I'm vaping up some Sour Wreck (Sour Diesel x Trainwreck). Terps on it are fucking fantastic. One hit and I feel it in my head already...

Thanks, how long is it compared to the straight stem? Seems somewhere in between the Air plastic tip stem and a regular Solo stem.

I don't have an Air, just a Solo, but I use all usable temps on the Solo (2-7, 1 is not even 200f...) depending on the mood. Lower temperatures tend to be less body-high. And excellent flavor to boot. 5-7 for water paths though, too hot/dry for me.
