@MonkeyTime check out CountyComm and their battery holders. They are Delrin and the AAA storage will hold several/many caps. They also carry a titanium pill holder that opens top and bottom as you describe.

@Hackerman I intend to fully rinse my caps with cannabis vapor and then fully cook them at 410 degrees. Unless they are wet with process oil, I believe all will be fine.
