My pin is out the bottom about 1/8”. I use my Anvil more than the Tornado and I can barely remember to change the Forge settings, changing the pin height each time would not work well.

What settings are you finding the best results with? I’m using 5360 J and 100% on CASCADE. I get a double click on the first roast and I can still go 2 more roasts without combusting.

I am the opposite. I find the Anvil easier to do small doses with. Mostly because a small bowl holds a small amount. It’s easy to be overly generous with the large Tornado bowl. I still use the Tornado daily, just not all day long.

I use my Tornado on a J hook as a micro-doser. I torch heat and take small puffs as I go. I ignore the clicks and go by taste.

I think the POTV capsule could be made it fit well by removing 11.1 mm of the bowl. The bowl would still screw in to capture the capsule (and otherwise be useless). Until there are replacement bowl’s available, I wouldn’t personally try this concept.

The Tornado oven is 11.9 mm inside diameter and 16.5 mm deep. The bowl is 10.2 mm inside diameter and 15.6 mm deep.
