Mine never ran that hot. In fact, my problem was making the greens turn to brown! It just depends on how long you leave the battery in there. I have a habit of pulling out the battery at the first sign of vapor.
Oh, and a bump to my request:

Can someone weigh out a half of a trench of herb, ground pretty well, in a scale sensitive to .001 grams?
If it is sensitive to .01 grams, that's okay, but it would be better if I could get a more accurate reading. I want to see how it stacks up against the efficiency of the Purple Days.
I don't think heating it needs to be done since you can watch dogs who have eating some raw cannabis just look completely dazed and lack any good coordination. Also, I have heard of some anecdotal accounts where people got a little buzzed after eating quite a bit.
Who knows whether it was just...
I think the States have a better chance at legalizing it at the moment. With the conservative government in place in Canada... it looks like a steeper uphill battle than on this side of the border.
Go for the Da Buddha, as you said that you were inclined to do so. You won't be disappointed. Afterwards, you'll see that you won't need the extreme. Maybe for Christmas you want something portable? If that's so, go buy a Launch Box.
If you want pricier items for Christmas, on top of the Launch...
Thanks MoeOnTheMoon! I think I'll go and buy the SpaceCase grinder.
A few questions before I splurge: Is it really made out of titanium?
And, are there any other mechanical grinders that grind finer herb than the SpaceCase?
DeepFried actually accused Trixer of using glycerin and I was replying to that. No problemos, just thought that you implied that I suggested Trixer of using it or what not.
All's good. :)
People taking advantage of the system has both its cons and pros for the movement. What it does in one aspect is to make people see it as something normal, because of its prevalence and user base. Making it easier to access allows people to become accustomed to smokers and this in turn makes...
Although I wouldn't go as far as saying that his claims are "wild" since he can make a tincture similar to them, I think the only thing that your product has an edge in is in the flavanoid department. That extraction was not described in Trixer's (brilliant) idea.
Making your own tinctures...
Does anyone mind showing their ground herb? I want to compare the consistency to herb that has been cut up by scissors. Try to get it as fine as you can get (with a manual grinder)!
