A longer wait won't kill me, to be honest I expected it. What I don't like is the way DaVinci talked about shipping. Maybe it is just my perception, but the post last week definitely led me to believe the units were in hand. A direct quote from DaVinci:

Doesn't mean it's definite, but it came from DaVinci.
Keep in mind, they are more dangerous than regular batteries because the skin is removed. Instead of just a little area that is usually the negative terminal (the end of the battery) the entire outer case of the battery becomes the negative terminal.

From what DaVinci said, it sounds like they are receiving their Acents in batches. So now they are sending out batches of e-mails to the people on the pre-register list (in the order people pre-registered) to coincide with the availability as they receive them.

This is another good reason to send it in. When mine had the non heating issue they didn't repair it, they sent me a whole new unit too.
So send it in cvbeast, you may just get a brand spanking new unit like we did.
