well, but remember that this is 0.1 per mL, not capsule. And a mL is about a typical droplet of water. Did you find the potency of the 0.25 was enough though? or were you taking multiple at a time?

I wasn't really successful with vaping my first run of tincture, though I suspect it just wasn't potent enough. I used 3 grams of kief in about 3.5 tablespoons of VG. Next time, I intend on using 1 gram/teaspoon, aiming for 0.1g/ml ish. Not sure how that would translate to vaping potency...
