Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

I don't know what's 'reasonable' for everyone else:shrug: I'd say 30 seconds is slow, but tolerable if it results in a tiny device (by tiny, I mean relative to existing IH, perhaps the size of a large pocket lighter or a small double 18650 box mod). I admit that's probably unrealistic ATM...

    Brilliant Cut Grinder

The efforts you are making to ensure a top shelf grind are mighty impressive G4L :clap::rockon::clap::rockon: I'm curious aboit how you make it possible to change just the middle section for a different grind? I assume the tooth pattern, and maybe shape are the same on all 3 plates so...

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

My own personal interest is in the smallest IH possible that still heats to click in a reasonable time, and has enough juice to get through say, 10 bowls (I'd happily go as low as 5 bowls though if the reduction in size allowed a really tiny unit!). I use a recently bought IH at home, but even...

    DaVinci MIQRO

Can't say I feel undue heat from my mIQro  After two back to back sessions at full temp it does go beyond 'warm', and becomes 'hot', but not so much that I can't handle the device without the sleeve. I haven't bothered using my sleeve, partly because it's not quite as snug on the unit as...

    Dugout Hinge Type

I've only ever encountered simple swivel hinges in stashes. Not to say they don't exist, and I've even considered a similar mechanism for my own stashes, and/or a way to 'lock' the lid shut while not in use, but haven't devoted much time to the pursuit. There may be a ready made mechanism which...

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

That's quick progress @mr_cfromcali! Would a lithium-ion, Li-po or other non swappable cell provide enough voltage to get the size of the Flux down without taking so long to reach the click? I can't speak for others, but for me your Flux is the most interesting model you're working on, I'd...

    Dynavap VapCap

Hard to like that post man, that's a bummer :( I've only noticed reports of this once or twice before, so hopefully this is an outlier. Italian restrictions sound especially crazy!

    Brilliant Cut Grinder

Wow, I'm kinda new to this thread, AND LOOK WHAT I'VE BEEN MISSING ! I love the threadless approach, and the choice of grinds is another great feature  As to colours: That RED is really tasty  And the silver. I also like the orange(gold?), and the gunmetal. In fact I like them all...

    DaVinci MIQRO

Yeah, the messages appear EVERY time I switch off, or it switches iteslf off at the end of a Smart Path session, so I think that's normal. If the battery is charged, and your mIQro is turning itself off randomly maybe you do have a problem. Any thoughts on this @Davinci_vaporizer ?

Lovely lovely twist there PP  It really elevates that stem to another level!

Are you sure it's not simply reaching the end of the timed session? That is what it does at the end of a smartpath session. The messages are a little difficult to interpret, especially if you miss the first letter. They don't bother me, and it's easy to ignore them if you don't have any...

    Dynavap VapCap

Plazma lighters aren't particularly dangerous, but they simply wont work with VCs due to the cap being conductive, sorry  . Tha Plazma lighters create an 'arc' that is essentially a sustained spark, between two points. Introducing any conductive material between the points will simply...

I too have been using an external charger, and until you posted this I hadn't even thought to try the USB cable! I tried it just now, and mine goes in easy, but only if I angle the plug a TINY bit upon insertion. Hard to describe in text, but if I have the 'Davinci' logo facing me with the...

    DaVinci MIQRO

Hey there! Welcome to FC, a major body in the vaping firmament  Something which the manual fails to instruct is that to swap from Smart Path mode (which the mIQro always starts in) to Precision mode requires more than the single press of the power button it suggests (I'll come back to...

    DaVinci MIQRO

Loving mine, which is a relief as I felt I was taking a little bit of a gamble due to my conduction experience being limited to: butane vapes (Vapcap(hybrid), Vapman), Inhalater 05, Flowermate v3 (2nd hand, didn't enjoy flavour AT ALL!) and brief experience of Plenty and Pax2. None of which...

    DaVinci MIQRO

I agree about the mIQro, I'm really enjoying mine too. Not because it's better than other 'high end' vapes, but more to do with the different draw required compared to most convection vapes (that I have experience with). A session for me is currently; short 4-5 second draws a minute or so apart...

The auto-magic super rZToaster, or something like that..

Good news rz  I'm glad you're still pursuing your IH. I recently got a used PortSide Mini and have to admit that it has taken over VC heating duties. (at home at least, even the Mini is still too big for out and about) induction heating really is as good as folk have been saying, and the...

I still haven't been able to bring myself to try a proper tight pack, too stuck in my convection ways lol! A moderately tight pack has been working well for me. I haven't tried anything else yet though.

I think that the Explorer package comes with a spare silicone post for the pearl, but no spare pearl. As least all I got is the post.
