I was not a big fan of concentrates in the pen, so selling this off. I'll stick to making Arizer sandwiches.
I bought it on January 20th, maybe ran through 120seconds of use +/-. I have used both one of the QDC and one of the Ceramic coils that I have (pictured on their side above screen name)...
I have never tried it myself, but if I understand the process correctly, to get such high THC levels you strip away everything else (ie: terpenes/flavor).
Sounds like it's going to hit you like a 2x4 to the face? Be that a good thing or bad, I don't know.
If my understanding was correct, @EverythingsHazy, @herbivore21 says that it is related to the raw plant vs processed plant material. At least, that was my impression...
Concentrates do the exact opposite for me, they're milder and more contained. Interesting how two different people have two completely different responses to similar products.
Interesting perspective @herbivore21, and I would tend to agree from my personal experience.
If I vape flowers I'm pretty much done for the next hour to three hours, but if I vape concentrates I am still very lively, functional, and otherwise fine. Thus similarly if I want to vape during the...
That's the problem with strain naming sometimes, at least that's what I've seen. If you're claiming Candyland then it oughta taste sweet ... like candy. Tangie tastes like tangerines, clementine tastes like clementine oranges (if you can distinctly tell one orange from another, I can't), etc...
Yeah I doubt there is any concentrate pen that will get you to the level of a rig, but hell maybe I'm wrong. And yes, those disposable pens are about as stealthy as possible (and they taste good...some of them). You literally just inhale and you're done. There is literally nothing to it, so it...
I have the exact same opinion. I don't get much off any concentrate pen unless I'm on a torched rig then it's all downhill real quick. I'm not sure if I'll continue using concentrates or not to be honest...it's just not that fulfilling for me.
My 2c to avoid all the other hassles, if you want something on the go that isn't going to wreck you get a disposable oil pen. They're perfect for exactly what you want, and they're super small (about the size of a cigarette).
I think if you look at the national average @herbivore21 and @MinnBobber it's probably close to $50 per 1g of concentrate (+/-$5). That's my semi-knowledgeable guess...
You could also consider something that has replaceable stems. That way you just have to replace the stems when you get home and take new stems when traveling.
Stems = glass piece that you pack the herb into.
Ughh I regret not buying more CARA or CBIS stock almost as much as I regret selling my REGN stock early to swap out for Amazon and Facebook. I lost quite a bit on REGN so that I'd have the free cash to dump into AMZN/FB. Seems that REGN is on the rebound, and they have nearly reached my original...
From left to right: Tangie wax, who knows from the jar, who knows from the jar #2, and a W disposable oil pen
I'm going to use them left to right as well as it goes Sativa -- Hybrid -- Hybrid -- Indica.
+1 on the smaller doses, but it's going to be a bit of trial and error until you figure out the exact dose.
Anecdotal: I once at 50mg of candies by accident just before boarding a rather long flight. I had a similar feeling as you noted @Bladesman where I was feeling really "rushy" for lack of...
