Burn offs with herb in it? You should do the burn off with nothing in it so you can see if it is off-gassing. If there’s herb in the unit then you won’t know if it’s herb vapor coming out or chemical fumes.

Are you sure it’s not in concentrate mode? Concentrate mode is 500f. If I remember correctly you press the fire button 3 times to switch between modes.

That does sound like good logic however blowing into the intake hole was the last thing I tried after witnessing seemingly-never-ending fumes coming up straight from the oven. So fumes were present even before before blowing into intake.
