Awesome! You deserve a medal for these hacks/apps. I use VCC from my phone due to lack of 2.04 from the official s&b app.
Just goes to show you how uninspired s&b are. They could provide all these features if they put some time and effort into it.
@ligi can you upload the APK here or to the...
My girlfriend also complains that I have a "full blown case of GAS" .... But I think that's from all the beans I eat...
I'm sure you won't be disappointed! It works a treat on the crafty and solo.
It's also more portable and discreet than a bubbler for on the go use.
The crafty cooling...
That'd be me :D (not to gloat), it just came to me whilst talking about my crafty, whilst on this thread and Volteric tested it straight away.
So glad everyone is enjoying it ;)
Although, after all this talk about it.... it's making me so impatient with my grasshopper preorder.
I check the...
I never understood the dome method. I tried it a few times and thought I must have been doing it wrong because I didn't get any different results (maybe worse from memory).
If you are holding the stem upright, should the dome be pointing upward e.g:

Or downward:

Sorry for the...
The crafty is undoubtedly cooler and smoother than the solo (it's a more noticeable difference at higher temps).
The flavour on the solo is definitely better for the first 2 draws, but then goes downhill very very quickly and eventually gets a burnt popcorn taste.
The crafty has good flavour...
That's right ... That's why people on 6+ warranty returns in a few months with their Grasshoppers... You dont see that same failure rate here.
Regardless lots of other vapes have problems too. I'm saying all companies should step up their game.
Like many other vapes these days to be honest. Look at the failure rate at the grasshopper thread. People on there 6th warranty return in a few months!
It's truly ridiculous, sometimes I get disillusioned with the industry.
Luckily my crafty has been rock solid so far (fingers crossed).
Edit...
Try a whole new cable and charger... Sometimes the cable/chargers go on them (or any device for that matter).
Others have resolve similar issues by doing this.
If you guys are after a portable session vape (e.g. Finish in one sitting), I can't recommend the crafty/Mighty enough. Honestly my favourite vapes right now. Powerful, efficient and super smooth Vapor.
If you don't need the small size, go with the mighty.
I don't bother with any of my other...
Ooppsss sorry, my bad. I haven't been following this thread for quite some time.
I knew my volcano wasn't as efficient but I didn't know it would be so much difference.
I'm sure the crafty would be right up there with the solo though.
Guess it's time to dust off the solo and give it a good...
Hi all,
I think I found something all of you would rejoice in and perhaps something many of you might already know.
I found an article testing the medical applications and THC/CBD efficiency rate (conversion to Vapor) of several vaporisers...
You can buy the cooling unit separately for about $20. That's the best part!!!
I don't have my GH yet but the crafty is a truly amazing session vape. The best I've owned and tried.
I hate to play devils advocate but a GH and crafty/mighty would be an unstoppable duo. One for full sessions and...
If all variables are the same: grind, pack, dryness, material...then there are only 2 things I could think of.
Battery:
Some people have mentioned that on the last bit of battery it doesn't perform well.
I notice with my crafty that it struggles to keep up temperature on the last bit of battery...
You really don't need to use the app that often.
I have my main temp @180c and my boost @205c and haven't touched the app in months. I just double tap when I want to go to temp 2 (boosted).
I think you will get a fuller profile of cannabinoids and more draws if you take it to 205c instead of...
What @Crafty Vaper said is completely valid.
I just wanted to add my :2c:
1) To answer your question @King87, generally speaking when the clouds stop... It's time to stop.
What I do is much like crafty vaper... I do hits @180c and then when the clouds start to taper off, I boost to 205c and...
Yep that's all you need, and the stock grasshopper silicone sleeve to make a better seal (as confirmed by @Volteric).
Yeah I use the liquid pads... But they are meant for the crafty/Mighty... Don't know that they would be much use for the grasshopper.
Doesn't improve taste by much, not much...
Disagree completely, it's extremely thick glass and I've actually dropped mine a few times with no issue.
It doesn't have much weight to it either so it reduces the impact (your thinking bongs and bubblers) this weighs nothing.
Furthermore when it's folded in, it is not exposed much either. A...
The plastic/composite material does not affect the taste. I hate plastic in general but the crafty and mighty are the only exception.
To be 100% honest the first ever use, I could taste a very very faint plastic, but after the first use it never tasted like plastic ever again.
And if you...
Thanks @vapviking , it doesn't show on mobile version, I had to force desktop browsing on my mobile. Thanks for the tip.
@Vaperist
Here is one of my more recent posts on the scrape technique as applied to the crafty cooing unit
