    Tubing for vape?

If you don't need 350F then what would you suggest? I shied away from food grade tubing st lowes that was rated at 275F. Would this be okay?

Solvent exchange method for alcohol free tincture

I imagine this would be an ideal way to get a lot of abv into a small amount of butter or oil, too.

    wich edibles to make

I made fudge and it turned out great, but one problem I had was that it melted some when I took it with me on a trip. it still tasted great but it was really messy. I imagine chocolates could have a similar problem.

    Silver Surfer Vaporizer

Clean your wand. After an ISO wash, if it's still stinky, maybe try soaking overnight in soapy water (I use dishsoap) with some bleach. Rinse thoroughly with hot water. I've never combusted in my wand *kinock on wood*, so I don't know that this will work, but this is how I used to clean my...

Glycerin tincture lollipops or hard candy

I"m interested to see how your glycerin candies turn out. Also, speaking of avatars, I always thought Cactus was Mike. But that's a great picture of Trey. :)

    Two Ounces ABV

I don't think oil will evaporate like water or alcohol. I have read that you can reuse the oil though. For instance, you could use a half a cup of oil and a half a cup of abv. Simmer and strain, and then use the infused oil with another half a cup of abv. Another method that may work for...

    Silver Surfer Vaporizer

If you can find a glass piece with a carb, life is pretty good with the non-handsfree (and I assume the spherical GG) heater and wand.

    Canna oil/butter Temperature?

I think if you are using water in with your oil or butter, you temps will not get above boiling until all the water boils off which is 100C/212F.

    The Magic-Flight Box

I've been wanting a MFLB for a while now and with the announcement of the power adapter, I think I'm going to pull the trigger. For those of you with a power adapter, how does this compare with a whip style vape? I have the SSV. I'm just wondering how it compares.

    7th Floor Rep. Q & A

My friend blows glass. Is there any specific dimensions I can tell him I need for a custom wand and custom heatcover for a standard SSV bought in June of 2009?

    Using ABV

Is ABV worth saving? Absolutely. Assuming you have an infinite supply of ABV, I'd try everything and wouldn't just stick to one method. But then I like variety. It's like asking which do you like better Cake or Pie? I like both :) Alcohol tinctures are nice because you can evaporate it...

Help with picking a new Vaporizer

Why would she want a vapexhale when its not even available and its almost twice her pricepoint? I don't understand why everyone is pushing a vaporizer that is vaporware at best. When you can purchase it, suggest it. To stay on topic, check out the Magic Flight Launch Box or check out the Da...

Swamp Water / Golden Dragon a use for your abv/avb

I have about 2 good doses of that tincture left. I made it right before 4th of July for a Phish show. I've been saving those last 2 in a dark place for a music festival next month. I hit dry times at the end of August so I don't have any ABV to play with. :( After the peppermint failure...

    The recipe box, with pics!

I try to calibrate my dosage per gram. So if I use 35grams of ABV I'd try to make 35 cookies/brownies/pieces of fudge, etc. I always bake with my butter. I haven't tried just eating it plain, mostly cause a friend of mine ate some on a piece of toast and said it was pretty vile.

    Vapor-Water

I'm more interested in the oil than the water. Another method to get the goodies out of the water is to pour it through a very fine mesh or strainer. I've often wondered if I'm leaving goodies in that water. I imagine the oil stuck to the glass is a lot like wand hash. For my piece, to get...

Swamp Water / Golden Dragon a use for your abv/avb

I ruined a batch of mine using peppermint extract. But I used the full 1 oz bottle of peppermint extract since it was like 189 Proof alcohol. I put it in hot tea. It's about the only thing that makes it palatable.

Watercuring ABV for use in brownies - a pictorial from start to finish

If your objective is to reduce the taste of bud, rather than water-curing, you could also do a quick wash with everclear. Or even do it 2 or 3 times. Then pour that into your warm butter/oil and evaporate the alcohol. It will save you time and you don't risk losing as much of the goodies.

    Vapor Brownies (ABV Cannaoil)

I imagine it's because salt is abrasive and help get off anything "stuck" to the plant material. When I used to combust, I'd use salt when cleaning my glass to get the stuff that wouldn't come off just from soaking in alcohol for the same reason.
