Yea I shelved the wooden stems and been using this exclusively w/Fusion since I got it. Reminds me of a little cigar type feel in the mouth. Just tried .. I can balance it on one finger pretty easily. Maybe a little heavier on the head side ;)

Are you making a lot of contact on that sleeve with the core? Sometimes my VI continues to climb more than I want after removing and get a RTL roast. Thinking it might be pressing too hard or need it at an angle?

Yea I’d definitely recommend getting a coil for whichever one you have or like the best. Then you could go back and forth with the heating method depending on what you want at the moment.

For the Tempest & Fusion I’m heating until the clicks (maybe +1 second). About 8-10 total. T: 22V and a couple rotations. F: 25V

I read it as “Pass Through” adapter. 18M - 18F w/carb. If so, might try with & without it. I really don’t use mine too often. Carb is pretty small on it.

Me too. They rest and suspend the heater/coil in the Q cup pretty well. The top one can lean against the wall if need be too. Your silver setup looks sweet :cool:
